Welcome to my site. I am a licensed Psychologist and a licensed marriage, family and child therapist with more than 30 years experience.

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavior tools and hypnosis and practice individual, couple, family and group therapy.

Hypnotherapy as a Powerful Tool

I was trained by Dr. Milton Erickson, considered the father of modern hypnosis. I find that hypnosis is a valuable tool in psychotherapy, stress management and for reinforcing positive changes. Hypnosis is helpful in improving performance in areas such as school, business, exams and sports. I have used hypnosis in helping people take the bar exam.

I also enjoy teaching self hypnosis techniques to many of my clients.
